Coffee Bars For Every Holiday Season
Hi my name is Robyn and I’m addicted to coffee. I prefer coffee over alcohol any day of the week! Which is why we have a designated coffee bar station in our house and not a bar cart of alcoholic beverages. One of the other reasons I love this nook of our house is that I decorate it for each season and or holiday. It makes me happy each and every morning while I wait for that magic liquid to brew. I’ve compiled all of my coffee bars for every holiday season.
#1 Favorite spot is the dollar spot at Target of course! I recently saw a quote that said “Why don’t men pick up women at Target? They are already looking for stuff they don’t need.” True story! Here you can pick up a few items and not feel guilty because nothing is over $5 bucks and their seasonal decor is irresistible sometimes! Also be sure to stock up after the holiday has past for even deeper discounts! Cake plates…I’ve got plenty…but who cares…no big deal… I want moooore!!! Sorry not sorry for that Little Mermaid tangent.
#2 Favorite spot is TJ Maxx. They have reasonable prices and a great selection of seasonal decor. They used to be a great spot for the Rae Dunn Mugs I love but nowadays they are getting harder and harder to find! Now they are like unicorns!
#3 Favorite Spot is Hobby Lobby! My holy grail! Their seasonal stuff is always on sale so don’t ever buy it when it’s not! Some of it can be cutesy so be selective and pick out pieces you know won’t be too trendy so you can hold on to it for more than a couple years.
Here are a few of my favorite holiday coffee bars from this past year!
Valentine’s Day
Easter and Spring
Patriotic for Summer Months
Halloween and Fall
Christmas
Everyday
Coffee Bar Essentials (other than the happy drink maker aka Keurig itself):
Mugs lots of mugs! Nothing worse than feeling like all of your mugs are dirty!
Fun stirs or straws to add some height and overall cuteness
Sugar/sweetener canister
Measuring spoons so you don’t go crazy with the sugar!
Honey jar for when you’re feeling like tea that day
Decorative towel
K cups- I like to just show the white side unless the label color goes with my seasonal decor
Greenery: Real or fake…a little greenery goes a long way!
Storage: I store a ton of stuff in this cart I bought on clearance at Target. I keep additional mugs, K Cups, napkins, and even a trash bin for all those empty K Cups you’ve been plowing through.
Letterboard: I love changing this out for every occasion. They are so much fun! I bought mine on Vintage Revivals. Click here to this specific board featured in my photos above.
Happy decorating and coffee drinking!
Thank you little birdies for flying by my nest!
XOXO,
Robyn
