Tuna Casserole
Ingredients:
1 16 oz box Elbow Macaroni
1 11 oz Family Size Chunk Light Tuna in water Packet
1 cup Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs
2 TBS melted butter
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup 2% low curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen peas thawed
1/2 TBS Ground Mustard
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a small bowl mix melted butter with Panko breadcrumbs and shredded Parmesan. This will be your topping.
4. Spray a 9×13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Or grease with butter.
5. In the pot with the cooked pasta mix in your peas, tuna, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and cottage cheese along with the seasonings.
6. Mix well and then transfer to the baking dish.
7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and then the Panko breadcrumbs mixture.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
